(a) A holder of a Class A license may employ an individual at least 16 years old to stock alcoholic beverages. (b) An individual at least 18 years old may serve alcoholic beverages while acting as a server. (c) An individual under the age of 21 years may not act as a bartender or in any solely bar-related capacity.
