The prohibition against issuing multiple licenses to an individual or for use of an entity does not apply to: (1) resort complexes; (2) entertainment facilities, including entertainment concessions; (3) motel-restaurant complexes; (4) hotel-restaurant complexes having at least 100 rooms; or (5) hotel-limited service (on-sale) licenses.
