(a) In this section, "resort complex" means a recreational area:
(1) of at least 10 acres; and
(2) with beach facilities and other facilities to serve and
accommodate at least 500 individuals at one time.
(b) There is a resort complex license.
(c) The Board may issue the license to the person owning or leasing a resort
complex.
(d) The license authorizes:
(1) the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at bars or counters
at one or more locations in the resort complex daily for on-premises consumption;
and

(2) the playing of music and dancing.
(e) (1) A license holder may serve alcoholic beverages:
(i) at one or more outside locations in the resort complex, from
8 a.m. to midnight for each outing; and
(ii) in a main, permanent area from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the next
day.
(2) A holder of the license need not obtain a Sunday permit under §
11-2004 of this title to sell alcoholic beverages after 2 a.m. on Sunday.
(f) (1) The annual license fee is $1,800.
(2) The fee shall be paid on or before May 1 to the Board.
