(a) In this section, "commercial bingo":
(1) means any bingo game authorized by law in the county for which
any type of consideration is paid or collected in order to play the game; and
(2) does not include bingo conducted by charitable or nonprofit
organizations in accordance with Title 13, Subtitle 4 of the Criminal Law Article.
(b) There is a commercial bingo license.
(c) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a licensed commercial
bingo establishment.
(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor
from any location in the commercial bingo establishment for on-premises
consumption anywhere in the establishment.
(e) Beer, wine, and liquor purchased under the license may be carried and
consumed anywhere in the commercial bingo establishment.
(f) (1) The license holder may sell alcoholic beverages Monday through
Sunday during normal business hours, but not later than 2 a.m.
(2) The license holder need not obtain a Sunday license under § 11-
2004 of this title to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
(g) The annual license fee is $2,500.
