Sports wagering house rules

1. Adoption of house rules. An operator shall adopt comprehensive house rules for game play
governing sports wagering transactions with its patrons. House rules must be approved by the director
prior to implementation and meet the minimum standards established by the director by rule, including,
but not limited to, requiring that the house rules specify the amounts to be paid on winning wagers and
the effect of sports event schedule changes, the circumstances under which the operator will void a
wager and treatment of errors, late wagers and related contingencies.

2. Advertisement of house rules. The house rules, together with any other information the
director determines to be appropriate, must be advertised as required by the director by rule and must
be made readily available to patrons.
