Licensing of gambling services vendors

1. License required. A person may not provide gambling services in the State unless the person
is licensed as a gambling services vendor by the board.

2. Requirements for license. The board may issue a gambling services vendor license to an
applicant that meets the qualifications set out in sections 1016 and 1019.
