Licensing of slot machine distributors

1. License to distribute required. A person may not distribute a slot machine in the State unless
the person has been issued a license to distribute slot machines by the board.

2. Requirements for license. The board may issue a license to distribute slot machines to an
applicant that meets the qualifications set out in sections 1016 and 1019.

3. Distribution of table games by licensed slot machine distributor. The board may accept an
application from and issue a table game distributor license to a person who is licensed as a slot machine
distributor under subsection 2.
