Annual reports

1. Annual reports. No later than December 31st of the year for which a stipend is requested, a
licensee claiming a stipend shall file with the commissioner a statement setting forth:
A. The financial condition and transactions of the licensee; [PL 2005, c. 563, §3 (NEW).]
B. The amounts paid in premiums in each of the classes or displays used to determine
apportionment under section 85, subsection 5; and [PL 2005, c. 563, §3 (NEW).]
C. Additional information requested by the commissioner relative to the character of displays and
the conduct of exhibitions. [PL 2005, c. 563, §3 (NEW).]
The licensee shall submit the required information on blanks furnished by the commissioner. Upon
receipt and after examination of these statements, and if the commissioner finds the submission to be
accurate, complete and in accordance with sections 85 and 86, the commissioner shall issue the
certificate required under section 88.
