Cooperation

The board may cooperate with, receive grants-in-aid from and enter into cooperative agreements
with any agency of the Federal Government or of this State or its subdivisions, or with any agency of
another state, in order to implement this subchapter, including but not limited to taking such actions to:

1. Uniformity. Secure uniformity of regulations;

2. Cooperative agreements with EPA. Prepare and submit state plans and enter into cooperative
agreements with EPA to register pesticides under the authority of this subchapter and FIFRA;

3. Use of state and federal facilities. Cooperate in the enforcement of the federal pesticide control
laws through the use of state or federal personnel, or both, and facilities and to implement cooperative
enforcement programs including, but not limited to, the registration and inspection of establishments;

4. Contracts for monitoring pesticides. Enter into contracts for monitoring pesticides for the
national plan; and

5. Preparation of state plans. Prepare and submit state plans to meet federal certification
standards for issuing experimental use permits.
