As used in this subchapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings. [PL 1977, c. 505 (NEW).] 1. Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry. [PL 1977, c. 505 (NEW); PL 1979, c. 731, §19 (AMD); PL 2011, c. 657, Pt. W, §6 (REV).] 2. Direct-marketing. "Direct-marketing" means the marketing of agricultural commodities by farmers directly to consumers. [PL 1977, c. 505 (NEW).]
