Moneys received through this chapter shall be paid forthwith to the Treasurer of State and shall be appropriated and used for the following purposes: 1. Collection. For the collection of all fees and assessments provided for by this chapter; 2. Administration. For the cost of administering this chapter. Moneys received through this chapter shall remain a continuing carrying account and shall not lapse.
