Examinations

Each license applicant shall take an examination prepared by the department. [PL 1999, c. 84, §3

Examinations must be given at least once a year at times and places as the department determines.
The grading and passing of applicants are the exclusive responsibilities of the department. [PL 1999,

Applicants failing the first examination may apply and take the next or a subsequently scheduled
