Maine Code § 7-1707

Intentional, knowing or reckless introduction of a disease or pathogen

A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly introduces or takes a substantial step or action
that could introduce a disease or pathogen to livestock or poultry commits a Class D crime. [PL 2001,
