Maine Code § 7-1457

Violations

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter
commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture not to exceed $100 per day for each violation may be
adjudged, except that the total of the forfeitures may not exceed $25,000. [PL 2001, c. 572, §19
