Agricultural aviation

A person may not conduct agricultural operations inconsistent with Federal Air Regulation, Part
137. [PL 2015, c. 33, §1 (NEW).]
A person may operate aircraft from a limited-use landing area for the purposes of conducting
agricultural operations if the permission of the owner of the limited-use landing area has been obtained.
