A member ceases to be a member of the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program if the member: [PL 2007, c. 491, §96 (AMD).] 1. Withdrawal. Withdraws accumulated contributions; [PL 1987, c. 739, §§10, 48 (AMD).] 2. Beneficiary. Becomes a beneficiary as a result of the member's own retirement; or [PL 1985, c. 801, §§ 5, 7 (NEW).] 3. Death. Dies. [PL 1985, c. 801, §§ 5, 7 (NEW).]
