Organization and responsibilities

1. Administrative responsibilities. The authority is responsible for the administration of the:
A. Speculative industrial building program, pursuant to section 13120-N; [PL 2005, c. 425, §12
(AMD).]

B. Commercial Facilities Development Program, established under section 13120-P; and [PL
2001, c. 703, §6 (NEW).]
C. Such other programs as the authority may by law be authorized to administer. [PL 2001, c.

2. Programs and policies. In implementing its powers, duties, responsibilities and programs, the
authority shall consider the state economic development strategy and the policies and activities of the
department.
