Whenever a provision of this chapter other than section 111, subsection 1, paragraph D requires that a filing state an address, the filing must state: [PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. A, §1 (NEW); PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. G, §4 (AFF).] 1. Street or rural route. An actual street address or rural route box number in this State; and [PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. A, §1 (NEW); PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. G, §4 (AFF).] 2. Mailing address. A mailing address in this State, if different from the address under subsection 1. [PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. A, §1 (NEW); PL 2007, c. 323, Pt. G, §4 (AFF).]
