Court records accessible by the public only at the courthouse

For civil cases brought pursuant to Title 14, section 6001 or 7481, the following court records are
accessible by the public only at a courthouse: [PL 2021, c. 644, §1 (NEW).]
1. Resolution by agreement of the parties. Court records that are part of a court case in which
the parties agree that the records should be accessible by the public only at the courthouse;

2. Dismissed or resolved in favor of the defendant. Court records that are part of a court case
that is dismissed or resolved in favor of a defendant; and

3. Older than 3 years. Court records that are part of a court case more than 3 years after a
judgment has been entered.
