Maine Code § 4-559

Completion of records of deceased clerk

Under direction of the Superior Court, the clerk shall complete unfinished records of a former clerk
deceased, when from entries on the dockets and papers on file it sufficiently appears what judgment
was rendered. Such record, when approved by the court, is valid.
