(REALLOCATED FROM TITLE 4, SECTION 17-B) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Judicial Department may sublease real property that it holds in the Town of York as tenant to any other government agency for a period of 5 years or less. [RR 1997, c. 1, §1 (RAL).]
