Every judge serving on the court on or after December 1, 1984 must be a member of the Judicial
Retirement Program as a condition of employment. [PL 2009, c. 415, Pt. A, §2 (AMD).]
A member ceases to be a member when that member withdraws that member's contributions,
becomes a beneficiary as a result of that member's own retirement or dies. [RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. B, §44
(COR).]

The State Court Administrator shall submit to the board a statement showing the name, title,
compensation, sex, date of birth and length of service of each member and any other information as the
board may require at such times as the board may require. [PL 1983, c. 863, Pt. B, §§ 18, 45 (AMD).]
