1. Classification. The land and water area within the Saco River Corridor shall be classified by the commission according to the following land and water use districts: A. Resource protection; [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] B. Limited residential; and [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] C. General development. [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] 2. Use. Within each of these districts, the possible uses of land and water shall be divided into the following 3 categories: A. Uses for which no permit from the commission is required; [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] B. Uses allowed by permit; and [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] C. Prohibited uses.
