1. Exclusions from applicable increments. The following concentrations shall be excluded in determining compliance with applicable increments: A. Concentrations of such pollutant attributable to the increase in emissions from stationary sources which have converted from the use of petroleum products, or natural gas, or both, by reason of an order which is in effect under the provisions of sections 2(a) and (b) of the Federal Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974 over the emissions from such sources before the effective date of such order; [PL 1979, c. 381, §7 (NEW).] B.
