Maine Code § 38-104

Appeals from commission

Any person aggrieved by any final order or decision of the commission with respect to any
disciplinary action or any application for, or denial of, a pilot's license may appeal therefrom to the
Superior Court in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act. [PL 1977, c. 694, §750
(RPR).]
