1. Violation. Any violation of this subchapter is a violation of Title 5, chapter 10.

2. Intentional violation. Any intentional violation of this subchapter is a Class E crime.

3. Subsequent violations. Any violation of this subchapter constitutes a civil violation for which
a forfeiture not to exceed $100 may be adjudged in the case of a first violation and a forfeiture not to
exceed $500 may be adjudged in the case of 2nd and subsequent violations.
