Confidentiality agreement

A person to be examined under section 2162 may require, as a condition of disclosure of the records
of the person to be examined, that the administrator or the administrator's agent execute and deliver to
the person to be examined a confidentiality agreement that: [PL 2019, c. 498, §22 (NEW).]
1. Form. Is in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the administrator; and

2. Compliance with subchapter. Requires the person having access to the records to comply
with the provisions of this subchapter applicable to the person.
