1. Confidential. Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the following are confidential and
exempt from public inspection and disclosure:
A. Records of the administrator and the administrator's agent related to the administration of this

B. Reports and records of a holder in the possession of the administrator or the administrator's
agent; [PL 2019, c. 498, §22 (NEW).]
C. Personal information and other information derived or otherwise obtained by or communicated
to the administrator or the administrator's agent from an examination under this Act of the records
of a person; and [PL 2019, c. 498, §22 (NEW).]
D. The identity of a person subject to an examination under section 2162. [PL 2019, c. 498, §22
(NEW).]

2. Continues to be confidential. A record or other information that is confidential under the laws
of this State other than this Act, of another state or of the United States continues to be confidential
when disclosed or delivered under this Act to the administrator or administrator's agent.
