1. Licensing required. A person may not practice dietetics or claim to be a dietitian or a dietetic technician unless that person is licensed in accordance with this chapter. [PL 1995, c. 402, Pt. A, §31 (AMD).] 2. Individual licensing. Only an individual may be licensed under this chapter. [PL 1987, c. 313, §5 (AMD).] 3. Penalty. A person who violates this section is subject to the provisions of Title 10, section 8003-C. [PL 2007, c. 402, Pt. Y, §3 (AMD).]
