Report of condition

1. Report. A licensee shall submit a report of condition within 45 days of the end of each calendar
quarter or within any extended time as the administrator may prescribe.

2. Required information. The report of condition must include:
A. Financial information at the licensee level; [PL 2023, c. 662, §2 (NEW).]
B. Nationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction
in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission; [PL 2023, c.
662, §2 (NEW).]
C. Permissible investments maintenance reporting pursuant to section 6100-U; [PL 2023, c. 662,
§2 (NEW).]
D. Transaction destination country reporting for money received for transmission, if applicable.
The information required by this paragraph is required to be included only in a report of condition
submitted within 45 days of the end of the 4th calendar quarter; and [PL 2023, c. 662, §2 (NEW).]
E. Any other information the administrator reasonably requires with respect to the licensee. The
administrator may use NMLS for the submission of the report required by this section and may
change or update as necessary the requirements of this section to carry out the purposes of this Act
and maintain consistency with NMLS reporting. [PL 2023, c. 662, §2 (NEW).]
