Plans prepared

All geologic plans, specifications, reports or documents that are prepared by a licensed geologist
or by a subordinate under the licensed geologist's direction must be signed by the licensed geologist,
which indicates the licensed geologist's responsibility for them. [PL 2019, c. 285, §13 (AMD).]
All soil science maps, reports or documents that are prepared by a licensed soil scientist or by a
subordinate under the licensed soil scientist's direction must be signed by the licensed soil scientist,
