Services to minors with consent of a parent or guardian

A person licensed under this chapter who practices clinical psychology and who renders services
under this chapter to a minor with the consent of one of the minor's parents or the minor's guardian is
under no obligation to obtain the consent of any other parent or guardian of the minor. Nothing in this
section may be construed so as to prohibit the licensed person rendering the services from informing
another parent or guardian of the services. [PL 2021, c. 302, §1 (NEW).]
