Nonresident licensure

1. Nonresident license. Every nonresident person desiring to do business as an auctioneer in this
State shall obtain a license. The board may issue a license to any nonresident upon fulfillment of the
same application requirements as those set forth for resident auctioneers. In addition, a nonresident
applicant shall furnish the following:
A. A certificate of good standing from each jurisdiction where the applicant is licensed. [RR
