Licensed practical nurse; fees

Every applicant applying for a license to practice as a licensed practical nurse shall pay a fee to the
board as follows:
1. Examination. For examination, a fee not to exceed $100 payable on application;

2. Reexamination. For reexamination, a fee to be determined by the board not to exceed $100;
and
