Immunity

An individual or health care facility acting in good faith is immune from civil liability to the
licensee or applicant for licensure for the following actions: [PL 1993, c. 600, Pt. A, §119 (AMD).]
1. Making information available to the board. Making a report or other information available
to the board under this chapter; and
