Active duty military personnel or their spouses

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military
may designate one of the following as the home state: [PL 2023, c. 329, §1 (NEW); PL 2023, c.

1. Home of record. Home of record;

2. Permanent change of station. Permanent change of station; or
[PL 2023, c. 329, §1 (NEW); PL 2023, c. 643, Pt. DDD, §1 (AFF).]
3. Current residence. State of current residence if it is different than the permanent change of
station state or home of record.
