Dispute resolution

1. Resolution. The interstate commission shall attempt, upon the request of a member state, to
resolve disputes that are subject to the compact and that arise among member states or member boards.

2. Rules. The interstate commission shall adopt rules pursuant to section 18516 providing for both
mediation and binding dispute resolution, as appropriate.
