1. Scope of practice. A professional land surveyor license entitles the holder to perform land surveying services. [PL 2013, c. 180, §5 (NEW); PL 2013, c. 180, §6 (AFF).] 2. Professional qualifications. An applicant for a professional land surveyor license must: A.
