Failure to comply with order of a state fuel inspector

If the owner, occupant of any building or an installer neglects or refuses, without justification, for
more than 10 days to comply with any order of a state fuel inspector, that person commits a civil
violation for which a fine of not less than $100 for each day's neglect may be adjudged. [PL 2009, c.
