Denial or refusal to renew license; disciplinary action

In addition to the grounds enumerated in Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5-A, paragraph A, the
department may deny a license, refuse to renew a license or impose the disciplinary sanctions
authorized by Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5-A for: [PL 2007, c. 402, Pt. KK, §20 (NEW).]
1. Misrepresentations. Misrepresentation of any material fact relating to the terms or conditions
of sale;

2. False impressions. Creation of an impression that is false or that the transient seller of consumer
merchandise does not believe to be true; or

3. False promises. Promising of performance that the transient seller of consumer merchandise
does not intend to perform or believes will not be performed.
