Required examination; certified residential real property appraiser

An applicant for a certified residential real property appraiser license must pass the appraiser
qualifications board's uniform state-certified residential real property appraiser examination within 24
months of the date the applicant is eligible to take the examination. An applicant must apply for a
certified residential real property appraiser license within 24 months of successfully completing the
