As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 1987, c. 710, §5 (NEW).] 1. Pharmacy provider. "Pharmacy provider" means a pharmacy licensed in this State participating with a rural health center under this subchapter. [PL 1993, c. 716, §2 (AMD).] 2. Rural community health center.
