Persons and practices exempt

Nothing in this chapter may be construed as preventing or restricting the practice, services or
activities of: [PL 1985, c. 496, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]
1. Certified persons. Any person certified in this State by any other law from engaging in the
profession or occupation for which he is certified.
