Street or rural route. An actual street address or rural route box number; and [PL 2011, c. 113, Pt. A, §29 (AMD).] 2. Mailing address. A mailing address, if different from the address under subsection 1. [PL 2011, c. 113, Pt. A, §30 (AMD).]
