1. Filing of statement. A dissociated partner or the partnership may file a statement of dissociation stating the name of the partnership and that the partner is dissociated from the partnership. [PL 2005, c. 543, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).] 2. Deemed to have notice. For the purposes of section 1072, subsection 1, paragraph C and section 1073, subsection 2, paragraph C, a person not a partner is deemed to have notice of the dissociation 90 days after the statement of dissociation is filed.
