transportation matters The joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over transportation matters shall oversee the transfer of funds in accordance with Title 23, section 1652. The committee may meet monthly or as often as is determined necessary by the chairs. [PL 2011, c. 392, Pt. L, §1 (NEW).]
