Maine Code § 27-118

School libraries

Any school library in a community with no public library service, or serving communities with no
public libraries, that agrees to offer service as a public library is entitled to all the benefits accruing to
a public library with the approval of the State Librarian. [PL 2019, c. 150, §18 (AMD).]
