Maine Code § 26-783

Failure to perform duties of office

A person who, being authorized to issue a work permit, knowingly fails to perform the duties of
that person's office as required by this subchapter must be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor
more than $50 for each offense. [RR 2023, c. 2, Pt. E, §27 (COR).]
