The commission shall advise the Director of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and shall prepare an annual report, which is a public document to the extent that it complies with section 1412. A statement of goals for activities of the division during the subsequent fiscal year; and [PL 1995, c. 560, Pt. F, §13 (NEW).] 5. Implementation of functions. The steps to be taken by the division to implement the functions listed in section 1413-B. [PL 1995, c. 560, Pt. F, §13 (NEW).]
