1. Fund established. The Drug and Alcohol Resistance Education Fund, referred to in this section as the "fund," is established as a nonlapsing fund. The commissioner may use this fund only to support the activities of officers in the drug and alcohol resistance education program in the Department of Public Safety. [PL 1993, c. 707, Pt. L, §1 (NEW).] 2. Revenue sources. The commissioner may accept court mandated and private contributions intended to be used for the purposes of the fund. [PL 1993, c. 707, Pt. L, §1 (NEW).] 3. Budget.
